ভারতে সাম্প্রতিক GST পরিবর্তনের যথাযথ বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করার জন্য কেন্দ্রীয় ওষুধ মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ সংস্থা (CDSCO) জড়িত, বিশেষ করে পণ্য ও পরিষেবা কর (GST) হ্রাসের পর চিকিৎসা ডিভাইস এবং ফর্মুলেশনের উপর সর্বোচ্চ খুচরা মূল্য (MRP) পুনরায় স্টিকার করার অনুমতি দেওয়ার জন্য নির্মাতাদের নির্দেশ দিয়েছে। গ্রাহক বিষয়ক বিভাগ পুরাতন স্টকের জন্য 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2025 পর্যন্ত ট্রানজিশন পিরিয়ড সহ এই সংশোধন-পরবর্তী মূল্য ঘোষণার অনুমতি দিয়েছে। এই পদক্ষেপের লক্ষ্য হল ভোক্তাদের জন্য 6.25% কর (আনুমানিক) সুবিধা পাস করে স্বাস্থ্যসেবাকে আরও সাশ্রয়ী করা।
এই পরিস্থিতিতে সমস্ত MediSell গ্রাহকদের 22/09/2025 এর আগে করা কেনাকাটা যোগ/আমদানি করার পরে সর্বশেষ সংস্করণ আপডেট করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। যদি এটি ট্রানজিটে থাকে তবে সরবরাহকারীর কাছে সংশোধিত চালানের জন্য জিজ্ঞাসা করুন। আমরা হ্রাস নির্দেশিকা অনুসারে চালানে নতুন MRP (আনুমানিক) দেখানোর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় পরিবর্তন করেছি। আমরা পুরাতন MRP নতুন MRP (আনুমানিক) দিয়ে আপডেট করি না। আমাদের নীতি আমাদের গ্রাহকদের যেকোনো ভুল ধারণা থেকে রক্ষা করার জন্য। আমাদের সুপারিশ।
১. আমরা আনুমানিক নতুন এমআরপি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে গণনা করার ব্যবস্থা করেছি।
২. মেডিসেল ব্যবহারকারীরা নির্দেশিকা অনুসারে আনুমানিক এমআরপি পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন।
৩. আমরা পুরাতন কর দেখাচ্ছি কিন্তু মেডিসেল ব্যবহারকারীরা রিডাক্টেড জিএসটি ব্যবহার করে পুরাতন জিএসটি পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন/করতে হবে।

The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has been involved in ensuring the proper implementation of the recent GST changes in India, specifically directing manufacturers to allow the re-stickering of the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) on medical devices and formulations following a reduction in the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Department of Consumer Affairs also permitted this post-revision pricing declaration, with a transition period until December 31, 2025, for old stock. This move aims to make healthcare more affordable by passing the 6.25% tax (Approx) benefit to consumers.
Under these circumstances all MediSell Customers are requested to update the latest version after adding/importing purchases made before 22/09/2025. If it is on transit ask supplier for revised invoice. We have made necessary changes to show new MRP(Approx) on invoice as per reduction guideline. We do not update the Old MRP with new MRP(Approx). Our policy to safe guard our customers for against any misconception. Our Recommendations.
1. We have made an arrangement to auto calculate the approximate new MRP.
2. MediSell Users can change the Approx MRP as per Guideline.
3. We are showing the Old Taxes but MediSell Users can/must change the Old GST with Redacted GST.
